august underground is a zine run by one strange college girl. we are inspired by riott grrl, folk punk music, queer history, nature, and nostalgia. the zine itself is a collection of our art, experiences, thoughts, dreams, etc. there is very little organization or reason. we release zines roughly every week, but we have no consistent schedule.

we exist everywhere and nowhere. the best way to find us is to enter the tunnels under the university and wait a minute, maybe leave a cookie as offering. the second best way is via email: girlwithteeth@gmail.com. we would love to hear from you if you've found the zine in the wild. we have stickers, patches, other editions, and wisdom for trade or to gift any interested parties. if you feel inspired, i highly encourage you try your hand at making your own zine. if nothing else, my guestbook is linked on my main page. many thanks for dropping by.
